Personal data we process
If you use the contact form on this website, we process the name, company, email address, phone number and message you provide, together with your IP address and the time of submission for security purposes. Simply browsing the site does not collect data that identifies you; the web server may keep technical access logs (IP address, browser information, time).

Legal basis
Your data is processed under Article 5(2) of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c), is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (ç), and is necessary for the Company's legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).
Transfers
Within the purposes above, your data may be shared with the business partners that provide our website hosting and email services and, upon request, with authorised public authorities. Enquiries that fall within the expertise of another Aksa Group company may be shared with that company so that it can respond.
Third-party services and cookies
This website does not set its own cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; the map is loaded from Google Maps only when you press "Show map". Embedded LinkedIn posts in the news section are loaded from LinkedIn only when you press "Show the post here"; LinkedIn links and content are subject to LinkedIn's own privacy terms. When these services are used, your IP address may be transmitted to the respective provider, which may be located abroad.
Retention
Contact form records are kept for the period required by the applicable legislation or by the purpose of processing after your request has been concluded, and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request its correction if incomplete or inaccurate, to request its erasure or destruction under the conditions of the KVKK, to request that such operations be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to an adverse outcome resulting exclusively from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
